This training course is primarily concerned with gathering, transportation, storage, marketing, and trading in oil & gas midstream.

This course covers different contract types as well as the various contracting methods including bidding, competitive proposals, and sole sourcing, and provide participants with the knowledge, concepts and skills needed to perform all the tasks required in the pre-award phase of a contract. Contract Preparation & Management is applicable when needing to vary things such as price and deliverables or proposing change when exercising options of extension.

This course is designed for implementing SIMOPS plans for organisations in onshore and offshore projects. It is to ensure that operational complexity, enhanced level of risks and environmental issues are properly addressed during detailed design and all subsequent phases that include constructional, commissioning, and operational activities on the project.
